How do I track my shipment?

We'll send you tracking information via email within 1-2 business after placing your order. You can also access your tracking information by logging into your account and navigating to your order info.

Can I return my rug?

Of course! For most of our rugs we offer a 30-day trial period where you can try your rug on at home and return it for a refund on the full price of the rug.

How can I return my rug?

How do I take care of my rug or carpet?

Regularly vacuuming and spot cleaning should be sufficient to keep your rug looking new. For more in depth rug care info, head over to our rug care page here.

What if there is an error with my order?

Let us know right away and we'll deal with the rest.
You'll be refunded for the full price of the rug, including shipping.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and payment via paypal.

Are your images accurate?

We work hard to recreate the actual look and feel of our rugs using pictures.
Our studio is professionally set-up to recreate bright daylight.

How do you ship orders?

FedEx standard ground service is used on most orders.
Your item will usually arrive within 6-8 business days.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible and let us know you wish to cancel.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
